This is for the couple who need help doing it all. We will help plan and coordinate all vendors. This does not include design of the event.
• Access to preferred vendor list
• Five in person or Zoom Meetings
• Budget management, planning checklist, and timeline management.
• Weddings to-do list
• Vendor research
• Manage vendors.
• Contract negotiations
• Help with décor.
• Coordinate rehearsal (dependent on location-additional fee may apply)
• Finalize ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception details.
• Create detailed wedding day timeline.
• Collect guest book, personal items, and gifts to move to a safe and desired area.

• Meeting 6 weeks before wedding day to finalize any concerns, last minute details, and finalize day of timeline.
• Create detailed day of timeline.
• Set up, tear down, clean-up day of
• Line up and cue wedding party for processional.
• Help with décor.
• Collect guest book, gifts, and personal items to be moved to a safe and desired area.
• Handle any day of emergencies.
• Deliver final payments and gratuity to vendors.
• Act as go-to person for vendors, family, guests, and wedding parties.
• Rehearsal coordination the night before
• Flip rooms if needed for reception from ceremony.

• No limit on how long we are there. Come as early as you would like and stay as long as you need us.

• Coordinate and plan day after brunch: $400
• Officiating starting at $800- Variety of programs are available tailored to your style.
• Hourly rate: $125 per hour***
WE WILL ONLY SPEAK WITH THE SIGNERS OF THE CONTRACT REGARDING PLANNING PURPOSES. WE WILL SPEAK TO PARENTS OR OTHERS AS LONG AS THE SIGNERS OF THE CONTRACT GIVE PERMISSION IN WRITING.
